From Fraser/Winter Park and points East:

Take US 40 West through the town of Tabernash.  Approximately 1 mile west of Tabernash, turn left (south) at the sign for Pole Creek Meadows (this is Meadows Blvd).   We are the Church on the right hand (north) side of the street.

From Granby and points West:

Take US 40 East Past Granby approximately 10 miles.   Look for the Celtic Cross and large church on your right.   Turn right (south) at the sign for Pole Creek Meadows (this is Meadows Blvd).    We are the Church on the right hand (north) side of the street.
